Emirates ID Tracking Check Using UAE PASS App

1. Open the UAE PASS mobile app.
2. Enter your Emirates ID details, Application Number (PRAN) or Emirates ID Number.
3. Complete the verification process by filling in the required information.
4. You’ll receive your Emirates ID status report containing details on the process stage and possible delivery date.

• Note: You should know, that PRAN stands for Personal Reference Number.

If you receive a notification that your Emirates ID has been dispatched to your postal address, you can now track its delivery in real-time using the ‘Emirates ID Tracking Emirates Post’ service by following these steps.

1. Visit the EmiratesPost website to access ID tracking services at emiratespost.ae
2. Enter your Emirates ID Tracking Number or PRAN.
3. You will see the delivery date of your ID shipment.

Using the Emirates ID Tracking Emirates Post service, you can easily track the delivery status and collection date of your Emirates ID.

Once you have submitted your application to the ICP, you will also receive a text message within 24 hours, informing you about the status check for Emirates ID application to expect delivery date.

If you experience a delay in your Emirates ID application processing, it is recommended to contact the Federal Authority For Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security ICP for further assistance and support.

In case your application status remains “under review” for an extended period, you can reach out to the Emirates ID authorities by calling 600522222 for inquiries.

How Long Does It Take to Collect Your Emirates ID Card

You can collect your Emirates ID card in 5 working days. This time is required for document verification and printing, after submitting your application. Whether it’s a new application, renewal, or replacement, you will be notified once your ID card is ready to collect.

However, if you are eligible for an express service known as “Fawri” you can receive your new or replaced lost Emirates ID card within 24 hours from ICP’s Typing Center by paying additional fees.
