Documents Required for Kuwait Civil ID Application
To apply for a Kuwait Civil ID, you will need to submit the following documents.
- A copy of your passport (original passport must be presented for verification)
- Two (passport-size photographs) recent coloured personal photos.
- Photos must be (4×6 cm) and needed without eyeglasses.
- Photo of your face with a length of 2.2 to 2.5 cm.
- Military uniform and face profile photos are not accepted.
- Background colour should not affect photo clarity.
- Your original birth certificate photocopy.
- A lease contract signed by the applicant is needed.
- Fingerprint and signatures are required.
- A blood type certificate is needed.
- Provide a copy of your sponsor’s letter or residency papers.
- Residents provide one relative or another resident Civil ID living at the same address.
- Power of attorney from the Ministry of Justice is required if applicant is outside country.
Receive Your Kuwait Civil ID
