- Select ‘Smart Services’ and then “Update Personal Information.”
- Click the ‘Start service’ button to proceed with the method.
- Choose your Nationality and provide your Emirates Identity Number or File Number.
- In the Residency Mode, choose either ‘Enquiry by File Number’ or ‘Enquiry By ID Number.’
- Enter the required information including your Emirates ID number, Full name, Passport number, Date of birth, Last entry date, and Email address.
