MOI Qatar E-Services and Service Centres Directory

The MOI Qatar portal organises its services by category and by department, and the MOI Unified Services Department publishes a list of physical service centres. This directory sets out what MOI itself lists: the service categories, the Traffic Services groups, the inquiry groups, and the service centres with the telephone numbers and timings MOI publishes. It is a directory skeleton only, covering service centres and category headings. It is not a full e-services directory: no inventory of the services behind the 12 categories is stated here. The login-gated e-services inventory was not enumerated on the MOI pages, and centre addresses and days are not stated on the MOI centres page. Use the category and centre entries below to find the right MOI area, then check the live MOI page for the service itself, because this directory does not restate procedures.

The 12 service categories MOI lists

The MOI Department Services directory page, in By Category view, lists 12 service categories: Civil Defense Services; Early Warning Services; Exit and Entry Permits; National Address Services; Official Documents Services; Police Clearance Certificate; Residence Permit Services; Security Surveillance System Services; Services for Security Companies; Supplier Registration; Traffic Services; and Visa Services. The directory pages state that selecting a department is required to show its available services. Most sub-pages show category headings without service detail, so the pages do not give a full service inventory behind each category. This guide does not fill that gap from competitor or mirror lists. The live MOI portal menus must be enumerated in a live session before any fuller inventory is stated.

Traffic Services, broken into five groups

Under Traffic Services, MOI lists five sub-groups: Licensing and Inspection of Drivers; Licensing and Registration of Vehicles; Traffic Certificates and Other Services; Traffic Fees & Violations; and Traffic Permits. Under “Traffic Fees & Violations”, the only service link shown is “Traffic Violations”. Under “Traffic Certificates and Other Services”, the headings shown are: Traffic Planning and safety, Traffic Patrols, Ownership Certificate, Vehicle Clearance Certificate, and Vehicle Export Certificate. No further service detail is shown for those headings.

The Traffic Violations service-detail page reached through the directory describes department functions only. It states no driver-facing check, pay or appeal procedure, no fee, and no points rule. Do not read that page as a how-to guide for checking or paying a violation. For the existing site page on traffic violations, see the Related guides list at the end of this directory.

Traffic inquiries: what MOI says you can inquire about and print

The MOI Traffic Services inquiries page lists inquiry groups as: Traffic Inquiries; Visa Services; Exit and Entry Permits; Residency Permits inquiry; Other Inquiries; Metrash; QPost Services; PCC Inquiry; DCV Inquiry; and Search and Follow up. Under Traffic Services, MOI describes the “Traffic Violations” service in these words: “Use the ‘Traffic Violations’ service to: Inquire about recorded vehicle violations. Print traffic accident reports for quick repair of damaged vehicles.” The page also carries Traffic Reports and Certificates Enquiry headings. No inquiry form fields are stated on the page, and no points or objection content is stated there. This directory therefore states only the inquiry groups and the two stated uses, inquire about recorded vehicle violations and print traffic accident reports, and does not state form fields or steps.

The 16 Unified Services Centres

The MOI Unified Services Department page, headed MOI Services Centres, lists 16 centres with name, telephone and timing as stated on that page. No addresses, no days of the week and no per-centre service list are stated on that page. A location map is present on the page. The timings below carry no days, so do not assume a centre is open on a particular day from the timing alone. Check the live page before visiting.

The department contact stated on the same page is 2350888 and 44258123, email usd@moi.gov.qa. The page does not state street addresses, which services each centre offers, whether all 16 offer the same services, days of operation, or appointment requirements. This directory does not supply those details, because MOI does not state them on that page. “Hamad Medicals Services Center” is MOI’s spelling.

Licensing Affairs and the current app

The MOI Licensing Affairs Department page uses stale “Metrash2” branding for a list of traffic services on the app. That list is not reproduced here, because no current-source check confirms it as current-app content. Check the live MOI page or the current Metrash app before relying on any such list. The contact stated on that page is 2344722 and 2344720, email traffic@moi.gov.qa. No fee figures from the same department’s Traffic Fee sub-page are reproduced in this directory, because those figures are traffic-licensing scope only and belong to a separate topic.

What this directory does not contain

This directory does not contain the login-gated MOI e-services inventory, because the directory pages do not enumerate it and the login-gated portal was not enumerated on the official pages cited here. It does not contain centre addresses, days or per-centre services, because the MOI centres page does not state them. It does not contain Hukoomi service routes, fingerprint service-centre details, or a fuller inquiries inventory, because those items were index capture only or competitor and mirror material in the facts file, and were not verified on an opened official page. It does not restate the procedures of the linked posts and pages below. Each entry in the Related guides list is a pointer to the existing guide for that service, not a summary of its steps.
